Description:

Hooray 4 Healthy is a nutrition curriculum for 1st – 4th grade students. It consists of four four-minute nutrition videos and one two-minute physical activity video. The nutrition videos teach children where food comes from, the benefits of each food group, and healthy choices they can make in each food group. The physical activity video gets them up from their seats to do some fun exercises with the characters! The videos were created for use by teachers, who can sign up to access them for free at hooray4healthy.org.
